Tariff changes for warrants and equity bonds in Euroclear Finland
Following the tariff change of spring 2011 and the positive response with substantially increased volumes, Euroclear Finland will further reduce issuance fees for warrants. In order to promote the activity for bonds as well, the issuance fees will be similarly reduced for bonds in the Equity Market system. The new tariffs are effective as of 1 February 2012.New issuance fee for warrants
The issuance fee for warrants (tariff item 170032)
will be reduced from 80 € to 60 €.
New issuance fee for bonds
The issuance fee for bonds (tariff items 170062 and 170063) will be reduced as follows:
• Maturity over 12 months, the fee will be reduced from 950 € to 500 € and
• Maturity less than 12 months, the fee will be reduced from 500 € to 300 €
