Euroclear Sweden introduces a new fee structure for warrants (WT) and certificates (KRG)
From 1st of July 2010, Euroclear Sweden will introduce a new fee structure related to affiliation of warrants (WT) and certificates (KRG). Part of this new fee structure implies reduced fees for affiliation of warrants.In order to promote high volumes of issuance, the new fee structure is composed by a one-off flat fee for affiliation of warrants and certificates and a variable “business activity fee”, which will be charged if the financial instrument is spread in the market.
One-off flat fee for affiliating the WT / KRG…………SEK 750
The one-off fee includes affiliation and issuance of warrants.
New “business activity fee” for WT………………….SEK 1 500
There will be no business activity fee if the warrant, according to the terms and conditions, has a maximum allowed duration of 30 days.
New “business activity fee” for KRG………………...SEK 3 250
For warrants and certificates issued prior to the 1st of July 2010 old fees will apply.
