Debt instruments and certificates

New issuer
Before issuing any debt instruments in the book-entry system we need a written agreement.

The issuer or its agent should contact us in good time before the first, planned issue date. An issuer application, with appendices thereto, should be submitted no later than two weeks before the planned issue date.

Application for issuing debt instruments and certificates
It is mandatory for the issuer to appoint an issuer agent to carry out the issue of debt instruments. Each issue requires a separate application.

Issuing timetable
The issuer agent agrees with the terms of the issue as early as possible and delivers the application for issuing debt instruments with appendixes not later than five registration days before the intended issue date.

Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be accepted by various subscription places, which submit information on the subscribed bonds electronically to Euroclear Finland. We enter the data in the subscribers´ book-entry accounts.

Creditor information
The issuer has the right to receive information on creditors if the terms confer the right to the information. Otherwise, information on ownerships is not public. Ownership data can be produced through Extranet services.
