Insider registers
Insider register services offers working tools for maintaining a company's insider register and for monitoring insiders and their trades. Our insider register service functions side by side with the up-to-date shareholder registers. Therefore changes in insider holdings are automatically updated to insider registers without any notification of the insider.A listed company is obliged to maintain a register of insiders and according to the Securities Markets Act keep it on public display.
NetSire
NetSire service provides information about companies' insider registers. Of organisations joined in NetSire, these registers contain information about all persons subject to the disclosure requirement and about their holdings. Inquiries made in NetSire offer information on holdings both in the book-entry securities system and those outside the system.
The insider registers of issuers are available for public display at the customer service point of Euroclear Finland Ltd. The street address of Euroclear Finland is:

The customer service point is open working days at 9:00-16:00. Several issuers also keep their insider register on public display in NetSire.
