Euroclear Finland’s services for issuers are intended for issuers of financial instruments.For the issuer, an affiliation to Euroclear Finland provides an efficient and safe handling of the company’s register of shareholders and other financial instruments.
We offer a flexible range of services that is suited for both small and larger companies. A company doesn't need to be public or listed to affiliate their financial instruments.
The main services cover, for example

- corporate actions (such as a rights issue or redemption of shares)
- yield payments

- general meeting services
