Managing addresses
You may order at any time addresses or sections of the address register of your shareholders. Euroclear Sweden makes regular joint runs with SPAR (Sweden’s Person and Address Register) for those vp account holders, private individuals and estates that have asked to receive an automatic address update. The nominees are responsible for information on nominee-registered owners. You can also retrieve address details directly via our serviceAnalysis.
Address details of direct-registered shareholders and nominees are ordered via our Internet based service.

The Personal Data Act
The object of the Personal Data Act (PUL) is to protect individuals from violation of personal integrity when processing personal data. According to the Financial Instruments Accounts Act, in compliance with PUL, Euroclear Sweden is responsible for the processing carried out by Euroclear Sweden of the personal data.
In those cases where Euroclear Sweden provides information to the issuer, such as the general meeting register of shareholders, the responsibility for the handling of such personal data is also passed on to the Iissuer. The issuer is thus responsible for ensuring that the processing of such personal data is carried out in compliance with PUL.
