Become a participant to Euroclear Finland and Euroclear Sweden
Harmonised application process for system participationEuroclear Sweden and Euroclear Finland have a common application instruction for participation together with a description of the different alternatives for affiliation. We have harmonised our requirements for participation and also coordinated the process for handling applications as far as possible, taking into account differences in national legislation and technical systems. The purpose of the harmonisation is to facilitate an affiliation to either Euroclear Sweden and/or Euroclear Finland.
The following system roles are possible for a participant affiliated to Euroclear Sweden:
- Nominee
- Settlement bank
- Issuer agent
- Clearing member
- Account operator
